The night begins with a tribute to Django Reinhardt–the father of Gypsy Jazz– before moving into a 1940’s Benny Goodman-style quintet with hits from the swing era. This dynamic evening will culminate in a special tribute to New Orleans and Sidney Bechet –the grandfather of improvisational jazz– with an eight-piece Traditional Jazz brass band.
